Forex Trading Technical Analysis

Forex 294

Technical analysis provides a basic framework for traders to study price movements.

Technical analysis refers to the sum of methods that take market behavior as the research object, judge market trends and follow the cyclical changes in trends to make Forex and all financial derivatives trading decisions. Technical analysis believes that market behavior is inclusive and digests everything.

Technical analysis believes that market behavior is inclusive and digests everything. The meaning of this sentence is: all basic events - economic events, social events, wars, natural disasters and other factors that affect the market will be reflected in price changes.

Have you ever heard the old saying, “History will repeat itself? ”

This is the basic starting point of technical analysis. If price holds as a key support or resistance level in the past, traders will pay close attention to that level and base their trading decisions on historical price levels.

Technical analysis looks for similar patterns that have been formed in the past, and believes that prices will repeat past trends, thereby forming their own trading views.

It is difficult for the exchange rate to break through these levels. Graphics show us the direction of market fluctuations and allow us to better understand the next movement direction of the exchange rate.

In all trading, when someone mentions technical analysis, the first thing that pops into our minds is a graph. Technical analysis relies on graphics because graphics are the best way to formalize historical data.

You can use historical data to help you depict price trends and patterns, which may help you capture huge trading opportunities.

More importantly, for all traders who rely on technical analysis, the price patterns and indicator signals they focus on may become "self-fulfilling fables."

The more traders focus on a certain price level or technical pattern, the greater the likelihood that these patterns will validate themselves in the market.

However, you should also know that technical analysis is very subjective.

Just because Zhang San and Li Si are paying attention to the same technical form or indicator, it does not mean that they will come to the same view on the next move of price.

It is important that you understand the concepts involved in technical analysis so that you do not feel at a loss when someone starts talking about Fibonacci, Bollinger Bands or pivot points.

Fibonacci? Bollinger Bands? Pivot Point? !

Now, we know you’re mumbling, “These guys are awesome, they’re talking about Fibonacci and Bollinger Bands and all this crazy stuff. I’ve never heard of it.”

Don’t worry, after you take this series of courses, you will become as great as them.
