Forex Trading Market Sentiment Analysis

Forex 255

As we said before, prices should theoretically accurately reflect all valid market information. Unfortunately for traders, it's far from simple. The market cannot simply reflect all information.

Every trader has their own views and interpretations of market trends. The market is like Facebook, a complex network space composed of thousands of different individuals.

The joke is that what the market reflects is how all traders feel about the market. The opinions and thoughts of each trader are reflected by the position levels they hold, which forms the overall market sentiment.

The problem is that as an ordinary trader, no matter how strong your personal views on a certain transaction are, you cannot change the direction of the market based on your personal preferences (unless you are Goldman Sachs or Soros). Even if you firmly believe that the dollar will rise, but everyone else in the market is bearish on the dollar, then there will be nothing you can do about the dollar's decline.

As a trader, you must take all factors into consideration. Whether the market is a bull market or a bear market, the job of gauging market sentiment depends mainly on you. Ultimately, it's up to you whether you're willing to trade in line with market sentiment. If your choice ignores market sentiment, that's your choice too. However, what we are telling you is that it is also your loss.
